“I have been attending Meta Yoga for the past 5 years and have always had a positive experience. The instructors are very knowledgable and attentive to each of the participants’ needs and restrictions. The icing on the cake is the view of the ski runs and the morning sun hitting the slopes. Breathe deep and relax.”

“Meta Yoga’s 200 Hour YTT is unique in the diversity of teachers and experiences offered in its training. The program is extremely well-rounded. I graduated feeling like I had an immense toolbox to begin teaching and I had access to an incredible line-up of talented mentors who were invested in continuing to be a support system well after graduation.”
- Kelly Klus
“I would HIGHLY recommend Meta’s YTT program to anyone who is wishing to deepen their practice in any way. Each instructor was a valuable source of knowledge and they made everyone feel like family. The subject matter was thoughtfully planned out, and I left the training extremely inspired with a new outlook on life. This training was truly life-changing and I encourage anyone who is looking for a training to consider learning in the mountains of Colorado with this amazing group of yogis and yoginis.”

“The training at Meta was truly life-changing. They not only prepared us to teach yoga safely and affectively, but they also helped us to look deeper into ourselves and discover more of our true nature. The teachers were very knowledgeable and passionate about what they taught. I highly recommend Meta’s YTT and the lessons I learned will benefit me on and off the mat.”

“Meta Yoga is hands down my favorite yoga studio and favorite yoga community in the country. As both a touring musician and a yogi, I've spent a lot of time in a ton of different studios around the U.S. and there's just something that keeps me coming back to Meta. Maybe it's the awesome owners who have cultivated an amazing community, the top-notch teachers who are full of passion, the great diversity of offerings or the location in the coolest, friendliest mountain town. Meta is truly a special place. I highly recommend it to both Breckenridge locals and travelers looking for some mindfulness and movement between their moments on the slopes.”
"Meta Yoga Studios is my sanctuary. Good mojo oozes out of absolutely every inch of this beautiful space + there is a true, sweet union (yoga) of diversity in teachers, offerings + styles. This studio + all the offerings that stem from here are one of Summit County's greatest treasures + a special, solid part of our mountain community."
“I've been so fortunate to guest teach at Meta few times and it is such an honor to be so warmly welcomed by what is clearly a COMMUNITY - not just people that practice poses next to each other but a yoga family. And at the same time, the doors are open to visitors, new friends and folks who are curious about yoga. Thank you so much Meta!”
"I taught my very first yoga class at Meta Yoga Studios. I remember my audition, with the amazing Leslie Ross and Juli Rathke right beside me. I was so grateful they said yes and invited me into the Meta Yoga family. By far one of the most beautiful indoor spaces I've ever had the pleasure to teach and play in; huge windows that face the stunning high mountains and let beautiful warm light in, surrounded by a staff of such great wise teachers."
"I went with my host family for ski vacation to Breckenridge and after my first 3 days of skiing, my host parents asked me if I want to join them at hot yoga. First I was a little bit scared because my legs were burning and I didn't really know that much about hot yoga but at the time we get there everyone was so friendly and lovely, and we had so much fun at the Meta Yoga Studio. I can highly recommend it for all, if you are a beginner or a professional, it doesn't matter! I'll never forget those experiences! It was awesome! Also, it was on Christmas morning, which was an awesome opportunity to start in the Christmas day, and all the members of the class really appreciated it that they lead a class on December 25th! I think the Meta Yoga Studio really deserves a big THANK YOU!"
“My first yoga class ever was at Meta in Breckenridge back in the summer of 2013. I attended at the request of our daughter who had just completed her teacher training in India. I was hooked on yoga after that first class. I have an unlimited pass and try to get to the studio 3 or 4 times a week. I travel a fair bit for work and have been to a lot of studios around the country but Meta is the best by far. Fantastic instructors, lots of classes in a beautiful setting.”
- Bob McIntosh
“In recent years, I have gone through a lot of changes with respect to my health. My experience at Meta has been extremely positive and has helped me to maintain a regular yoga practice. Initially, I was uncomfortable coming to yoga class as I felt that I was too out of shape and inflexible. The excellent teachers at Meta made me feel relaxed and confident that I could improve. The vibe at some yoga studios today can be threatening to people who may feel like they are out of shape or just don’t belong. What sets Meta apart is the sense of community I have felt there. Meta emphasizes the concept that yoga is a way of life and not just exercise. When I first started taking classes at Meta I found it difficult to do many of the asanas and while I am naturally still improving, I now practice yoga on a regular basis and feel strange if I don’t go to class regularly. In many ways Meta has changed my life and I am grateful to have such a place in my community here in Breckenridge.”
