Align + Flow

This class works to align not only your body, but also your mind and your spirit. Start with centering to bring attention to breath and intention. Opening up to greater movement, poses will balance between moments of pause and moments of flow.

Moments of pause with longer held poses offer time to fine tune structural and energetic alignment as well as support the building of tapas, self-discipline, to tap into study of the mind and habits.

Moments of flow offer the opportunity to tap into different energy states and create balance to the nervous system with functional movement.

It is said that a flexible and strong spine is a pillar of health. Starting with a gentle warm up, this class focuses on creating flexibility and stability in the back, legs and shoulders

Better Back

Deep Hips

Center your being and bring attention to your breath before warming up the body with gentle movement that leads to a mixture of dynamic and held poses focused on the hips. Poses will include longer held shapes using yoga props to release tension and bring balance to the hips, low back, and hamstrings.

Gentle Flow

Slow and smooth movements with linked transitions encourage a soft approach into postures with a focus on flexibility and mobility. Pace and posture intensity is mild with a touch of moderate while options are offered for different bodies and preferences. An emphasis on a kind and nurturing approach to both mindset and movement brings a meditative experience and greater awareness to your being.

Hot 26+2

Also known as Traditional Hot Yoga, this set sequence supports a progressive challenge to work all areas of the body. Every class is the same order of 26 asanas that are held for several breaths. Class includes 2 pranayama exercises, one before and one after the asanas. A great practice for individuals that like predicability and the chance to witness progress in their beings over time.

Nourish + Restore

Center your being and bring movement to your breath before exploring gentle, intentional movement leading to long held restorative yoga poses designed to soothe the nervous system and nourish your whole being. Restorative poses will use a collection of yoga props for full support in 4-10 minute holds.

Power Vinyasa

A challenging practice with poses to ignite strength and stability for life on and off the mat. After the cultivation of breath to support intentional movement throughout the practice, expect opportunities to build heat, core strength and lower body stability. Options frequently offered for peak poses and arm balances to reveal the resiliency within.

Slow Burn

Notice the power of slowing down, bringing a heightened awareness during a thoughtful expansion. Connection with breath supports a decreased tempo of moving through flows and mindful transitions, adding the challenge of balance with the duality of doing and being. Expect to pause and hold poses, increasing strength and exploring the complimentary powers of strength and softness while challenging the mind to find ease and comfort in high sensation.

Slow Flow

Wake up your body with slow, mindful movements and longer holds before finding postures of expansion and strengthening. Breathe into the edge between comfort and discomfort with each intentional placement into asanas. Nurturing movement and holds support the close of practice.

Vinyasa

Create sthira and sukha, steadiness and ease, in your body and mind as you link breath to movement. Balancing strength and length of the body, a slow build will warm up your being towards a moving meditation of dynamic poses and smooth transitions in a continuous, fluid sequence, establishing a flow state.

Yin Yoga

Allow your being to open up over time in long held passive poses between 3-7 minutes, mostly on the ground with the support of Yoga props. Feel and be while your physical body experiences gentle tension to release and unravel connective tissue and bring positive stress to joints and your mind has space for reflection. This grounding and relaxing practice can both give your mind a challenge of stillness and leave you feeling restored and at peace.

Yoga Sculpt

Create a connection of breath and body before progressing into a Vinyasa sequence that incorporates strength movements of traditional asanas. The option of hand weights supports a mindful stress of your muscles as well as an increase of your heart rate to work your cardiovascular system. You will find a challenge for both your body and your mind to build inner and outer strength.
