What to Expect on Your Elemental Journey:

This retreat is open to all lovers of yoga and wellness, regardless of experience level. We harness the unique energy of El Salvador to guide you through a week of balancing dualities:

Elemental Flow & Grounding: Experience the contrast on your mat with daily practices, including energizing Jungle Vinyasa Flows and deeply grounding Ocean Yin Yoga, complemented by guided Meditations and vibrational Sound Journeys.

Deep Cultural Cleansing: Participate in a powerful Temazcal Ceremony, a traditional Mesoamerican sweat lodge, designed for spiritual cleansing and rebirth—a true alchemical process.

Outward Service & Connection: Ground your personal transformation through collective action during a dedicated Community Service day helping at a local dog rescue, balancing inward focus with outward purpose.

Exploration & Discovery: Immerse yourself in the surrounding landscape with a guided Waterfall Hike and a visit to the vibrant nearby surf town of El Tunco.

Nourishment & Rest: Your stay includes two delicious daily meals at the Nawi restaurant, focusing on fresh, local ingredients. Amenities include the invigorating sauna, refreshing cold plunge pool, the unique jungle gym (really, a workout gym in the jungle), and two onsite pools for essential downtime.

GETTING TO MIZATA

Transportation to El Salvador is recommended through El Salvador International Airport.

Shuttle to and from the airport to the retreat center will be provided as part of the retreat rate. Pickup will happen with one shuttle for the whole group on April 11. If you arrive days earlier to explore, plan to be back at the airport for shuttle pick up. Drop off will occur with one shuttle for the whole group on April 17. The shuttle drive is about 2 hours.

Our desire is to transfer the enchantment that yoga has bestowed upon our lives onto you, infusing your heart and life with magic and beauty. You can expect for us to combine the sweetness of breath, movement, tending to the quiet spaces within, sprinkles of spirituality and self inquiry, internal rest and deep healing. We aim to create an optimal environment for transformation while holding a sacred, regulated container where you can safely explore your inner landscape.

We have considered all the angles for alchemizing energy when curating this retreat. Yoga practices, atmosphere, meals, empty space, and connection have all gone through our taking-care-of-you filter. Allow our shared experience in holding sacred space, teaching yoga, and retreat leading support you completely during our time together. 

It is truly a dream to share this powerful practice with others. Join us to cultivate emotional resilience, reconnect to your inner self, and leave feeling distinctly more open and balanced.

 

PAYMENT + Cancellation Policy

An $800 non-refundable deposit is needed to reserve your place on the retreat. Remaining balance is due by December 31.

A transfer of reservation is available if you would like to change the reservation to someone else’s name at any point. Collected funds cannot be refunded at any point.
