This teaching is a powerful reminder that everything in Nature and us as individuals are a unique amalgam of the elements and innately whole and complete.
Our retreat experiences and practices will be designed to connect us to the wisdom of our true nature, to remember wholeness and clear our path to live each moment with presence, wonder and curiosity. Each day will be dedicated to one of the 5 elements to deepen our connection with nature, within ourselves, with one another and with the greater ecosystem of the world.

Nestled on two acres of breathtaking lakefront at Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, this transformative sanctuary is where vibrant local culture meets serene natural beauty. The intimate retreat boutique is designed offering a transformative space for connection, reflection, and growth.
Tierra Atitlan’s serene two-acre lakefront property is nestled in the Bahía of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, a stunning volcanic crater lake in the Western Highlands at about five thousand feet elevation. Surrounded by breathtaking mountains and volcanoes, it’s located in a vibrant indigenous working village just a hundred meters from a local coffee farm.

RETREAT DINNING
All of our meals will be together on Tierra Atitlan, serving seasonally Guatemalan inspired cuisine featuring locally sourced ingredients. Whenever possible, the restaurant uses seasonal vegetables, papaya, and moringa on the property. Options are available for a variety of dietary styles, including Vegan and Vegetarian. Meat options available during dinners only. Allergy-friendly options available with prior notice.
Expect arrival day dinner, daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and departure day breakfast included in your retreat price.
Our 3-pueblo adventure day will have lunch out where participants will pay for their own lunch.

GETTING TO Tierra Atitlan
Transportation to Guatemala is recommended through La Aurora International Airport.
Shuttle to and from the airport to the retreat center will be provided as part of the retreat rate. Pickup will happen with one shuttle for the whole group on November 2 from Guatemala City. If you arrive days earlier to explore, plan to be back in Guatemala City for shuttle pick up. Drop off will occur with one shuttle for the whole group on November 9 to Guatemala City. The shuttle drive is about 4 hours.
For anyone seeking alternative transportation, an additional fee can be collected for arrangement of a 22 minute flight from Guatemala City to Lake Atitlan.

Kimberly Ghorai and Leslie Glenn ~ yoga teachers, sound healers, Reiki Masters and dear friends will be your guides for this unique soul journey.
With a common passion for slowing down, we have considered all the angles for drawing energies inward when curating this retreat. Yoga practices, atmosphere, meals, empty space, and connection have all gone through our taking-care-of-you filter.
Allow our shared experience in holding sacred space, facilitation, yoga, retreat leading and teaching both individuals and groups to support you completely during our time together.
PAYMENT + Cancellation Policy
An $800 non-refundable deposit is needed to reserve your place on the retreat. Remaining balance is due by July 1.

A transfer of reservation is available if you would like to change the reservation to someone else’s name at any point. Collected funds cannot be refunded at any point.
