We Nourished Our Bodies with daily yoga, soulful sojourns, delicious local and farm fresh meals and plenty of time to soak in Ojo Sante Fe's beautiful thermal pools. We Nourished Our Spirits with nature time, sound healing, reiki, meditation, and a Temazcal Renewal Ceremony led by a local Curandera and Diné Native Ceremonial leader.
