After taking Rachel (Yoga Girl) Brathen’s handstand workshop at Meta and SUP YOGA Class on Lake Dillon in May, 2013, Leslie was inspired to share Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga with anyone game to try. SUP YOGA is fun, challenging, and relaxing all wrapped up in an inspiring experience on the water.  SUP YOGA is accessible to everyone willing to step out of their comfort zone and practice yoga on a floating surface. Take your mountain yoga experience to the next level and join Meta on the water this summer!

SUP Yoga Classes

Join us on the water for practice

Meta Yoga Studios hosts SUP YOGA classes Thursday - Sunday during the Summer months of June, July, and August. Pre registration is required for all classes, and the classes currently cap at (15) people. You are welcome to bring your own board if you have one. Choose yoga/comfortable clothes, and you may bring extra layers, sunscreen, and water if you'd like. You may bring an extra change of clothes/towel in case you get wet.  Hat/visor/lip balm are recommended. Leashes for sunglasses are recommended. We ask that you please leave all valuables --cell phones, wallets, keys-- on shore.
