Hot Yoga Is a Whole Other Level of Intensity and Sweatiness
“First time doing hot yoga and if you’ve never done this, you haven’t lived! It was an amazing experience and I’m grateful for the instructors and all the wonderful people that attended too. Everyone was very welcoming and supportive. Highly recommend, especially if you frequent other yoga sessions - hot yoga is just an a whole other level of intensity and sweatiness”

Met Everyone Where They Are At
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We did stand up paddle board yoga (private class) for a bachelorette party. Our group had a variety of yoga levels and somehow our amazing instructor met everyone where they were at. We all had fun and felt rejuvenated afterwards.”

Teachers Who Love Yoga and Make Class Fun and Challenging
“There aren't many hot yoga studios outside Denver so I actually planned a trip around this one in Frisco and was not disappointed. The yoga room is small but hot! The community is great with teachers who love yoga and make class fun and challenging. The altitude makes it hard for somebody like me who's not used to it but that just adds to the challenge. Can't wait to try their sister studio in Breck!”

Breathe Deep + Relax
“I have been attending Meta Yoga for the past 5 years and have always had a positive experience. The instructors are very knowledgable and attentive to each of the participants’ needs and restrictions. The icing on the cake at the Breckenridge studio is the view of the ski runs and the morning sun hitting the slopes. Breathe deep and relax.”

Hooked After First Class
“My first yoga class ever was at Meta in Breckenridge back in the summer of 2013. I attended at the request of our daughter who had just completed her teacher training in India. I was hooked on yoga after that first class. I have an unlimited pass and try to get to the studio 3 or 4 times a week. I travel a fair bit for work and have been to a lot of studios around the country but Meta is the best by far. Fantastic instructors, lots of classes in a beautiful setting.”

Something Keeps Me Coming Back
“Meta Yoga is hands down my favorite yoga studio and favorite yoga community in the country. As both a touring musician and a yogi, I've spent a lot of time in a ton of different studios around the U.S. and there's just something that keeps me coming back to Meta. Maybe it's the awesome owners who have cultivated an amazing community, the top-notch teachers who are full of passion, the great diversity of offerings or the location in the coolest, friendliest mountain town. Meta is truly a special place. I highly recommend it to both Breckenridge locals and travelers looking for some mindfulness and movement between their moments on the slopes.”

Fortunate to Guest Teach
“I've been so fortunate to guest teach at Meta few times and it is such an honor to be so warmly welcomed by what is clearly a COMMUNITY - not just people that practice poses next to each other but a yoga family. And at the same time, the doors are open to visitors, new friends and folks who are curious about yoga. Thank you so much Meta!”

Sense of Community
“In recent years, I have gone through a lot of changes with respect to my health. My experience at Meta has been extremely positive and has helped me to maintain a regular yoga practice. Initially, I was uncomfortable coming to yoga class as I felt that I was too out of shape and inflexible. The excellent teachers at Meta made me feel relaxed and confident that I could improve. The vibe at some yoga studios today can be threatening to people who may feel like they are out of shape or just don’t belong. What sets Meta apart is the sense of community I have felt there. Meta emphasizes the concept that yoga is a way of life and not just exercise. When I first started taking classes at Meta I found it difficult to do many of the asanas and while I am naturally still improving, I now practice yoga on a regular basis and feel strange if I don’t go to class regularly. In many ways Meta has changed my life and I am grateful to have such a place in my community here in Breckenridge.”
