Set your foundation as a yoga teacher in this training designed to layer knowledge to set you up for success after graduation. Graduate prepared to teach a variety of yoga styles including vinyasa, yin, meditation, alignment based, pranayama, and hot yoga.

Have you reached a certain level of expertise in teaching yoga and are now looking for an advanced training that focuses on teaching you how (not what) to teach? Along with teaching methodologies, our 300 hour training focuses on much of yoga philosophy, the human condition, and how to connect deeply with your students. The format is self-paced, giving you time to choose your preferred electives while processing and integrating new information.

Energy and healing are a part of all of us and learning about Reiki is naturally growing within spiritual and yoga communities. This 1-day training will give you an introduction to Reiki energy and provide you with the first Placement, allowing you to begin brining Reiki into your daily life. Limited to (6) participants and counts towards (8) elective hours.

Everything around you has the capacity to inspire you and can become a relevant teaching. In this 40 hour training, we'll review classical Yogic texts, Hindu mythology, Indian Culture, and how to avoid cultural appropriation when delivering these teachings.

Ready to support others in their love for heated and hot yoga classes? Wanting to add to your yoga teacher kit? This (2) day training provides you with an introduction to teaching hot yoga and counts towards (12) CEU through Yoga Alliance.

HEAT THINGS UP

March 28-29, 2026

Bring more awareness, skill and intention to your class sequencing in this (2) day training where you will learn how to plan, create and deliver potent and powerful yoga classes. Limited to (24) participants and Yoga Alliance certified for (12) CEU.
