"My yoga journey started in 1999 in an attempt to heal myself after years of living in pain, both physically and emotionally. Yoga enabled me to reconnect to self: mind, body & spirit. I believe we all have the power to heal ourselves given the tools. Sharing yoga and its transformative healing power has become my passion.
As a long time bodyworker, I have an intuitive approach to class development, integrating an advanced knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and structural alignment into each class. When designing classes, I apply the Hindu concept of Vidya, hoping to guide students towards achieving clarity and knowledge of the body, mind and self through the practice. Each class includes a mindful theme woven in with pranayama, asana and a peak pose."
"I started practicing yoga in 2004 back in Massachusetts. After facing many life changes and a family tragedy, yoga was the one thing that kept me moving on the right track and kept my hopes up. Since that time, I have explored many styles of yoga, my passion being traumatic yoga therapy.
I teach a gentle flow in the form of restorative and yoga therapy focusing my offerings on connecting the mind and body with the breath, adapting my lessons to meet the individual’s goals. I provide a class that is tailored to your needs whether it be to gain relief from chronic pain, facilitate injury recover, improve flexibility, reduce stress, improve well-being, ease depression or simply retain your youthfulness and energy. I provide a warm and safe environment for students and include pranayama, gentle flows, holding postures until the breath becomes steady, guided imagery and relaxation."
"I have been a student of yoga since 2000. What began as a way to expedite healing orthopedic surgeries has now transformed into an ongoing exploration of consciousness. I am dedicated to empowering students with the practices of yoga to help uncover their true nature and highest potential in this lifetimes."
"I stumbled (literally) into my first yoga class as a result of a knee injury from running. I kept coming back long after my knee had healed because of differences I felt elsewhere in my life off the mat: my posture, my breath, the way my mind had quieted.
My desire is to share the joy of this practice I discovered early on and to help others connect with a deeper part of themselves, discovering the power they have within and hopefully, cultivating a little inner peace along the way."
"My yoga journey stems from a love of movement, in all forms. Before beginning an ever-evolving path as a yogi, I pushed my body to extremes: as an Ironman triathlete, surfer, backcountry skier, and marketing-communications entrepreneur. Yoga gave me a deep and unexpected sense of balance that has since transpired the mat, affecting all areas of my life. I believe in embracing the adventure of life, in constant exploration, in the pursuit of growth, and in overflowing gratitude for every. single. beautiful. moment. My life motto: 'Go. See. Do. Explore. Love. Live. Give. Dream. Create.'
My classes are designed to stimulate a balanced paradox — exploring the depth of the physical to nourish the inner journey of the mind and soul. I envision yoga, at its prime expression, to be a personal exploration: as unique and beautifully designed as each individual on the path… if only we can trust ourselves enough to inquire within… and slow down enough to hear our own innate wisdom."
"I am a multi-passionate yogini entrepreneur, executive coach, human conditioning expert and founder/publisher of YOGA + Life™ Magazines. I have been part of the yoga and wellness industry since teaching my first class in 1992. I began my career as a national fitness presenter and was the resident fitness expert for FOX’s morning show. I moved into my yoga studies shortly thereafter, blending ancient yoga lineage with modern day sciences and have been practicing “Juli-Asana” ever since. I have a very light-hearted humor-based teaching style and enjoy reading the energy of the room."
"I attended my first yoga class in 2010, which then led to a four year journey to find my true self. I earned my 200 RYT in January of 2015 at Meta Yoga Schools in Breckenridge, Colorado. Teaching classes in Hatha and Restorative styles, I hope to help students become aware of their physical and mental being in an effort to increase their happiness. In my classes you can expect a focus on proper alignment and breathing as well as the integration of other healing modalities such as essential oils, meditation and chanting."
"I was introduced to yoga many years ago and it remains an anchor of balance, growth and radiance in my life. Traveling the globe as a competitive snowboarder, I integrated yoga into my life realizing its power to harmonize the body, mind and breath cultivating focus and connection. These skills have proven advantageous on the mat, on the mountain, in competition and in everyday life.
Examining yoga in a holistic way, I blend alignment, breath, creative sequencing and intention steeped in the traditions of Tantra Hatha Yoga to inspire courage, grace and freedom for students. As a teacher, I hope to hearten students creating a safe environment to find balance, space and freedom in their lives, reaching their full potential to shine bright."

"I have been practicing yoga for the past 16 years in Colorado and abroad. After becoming a 200 RYT, my goal has been to have yoga accessible to all ages and abilities. I therefore offer a wide variety of postures in each practice. My primary focus is geared toward athletes and includes injury prevention techniques in many of my classes. The physical asana practice is very important; however, the pranayama breath work and meditation are key points in every class. My classes embody the true meaning of yoga by enveloping a mind-body connection. I have a passion for travel and often offer domestic and international retreats."
"I teach from the heart. My classes incorporate detailed alignment instruction and are inspiring but playful. I aspire to support others in finding more ease in their lives by discovering their unlimited potential. My classes are meant to bring students deeper into their own hearts with self-acceptance, compassion, honesty and love."

"My desire and purpose as a teacher and trainer of yoga is to inspire others to follow their truth; to help guide towards co-manifestation of desired reality with the Universe through the power of pure and positive intentions, thoughts, words, and actions; to be ready and willing to recognize, receive, and integrate those manifestations, and to transform a practice into millions of conscious moments of yoga living within each day. It works… especially when you find God within and let go into the magical adventure called life!"
