"My yoga journey started in 1999 in an attempt to heal myself after years of living in pain, both physically & emotionally, and enabled me to reconnect to self. I believe we all have the power to heal ourselves given the tools. Sharing yoga and its transformative healing power has become my passion.
As a long time bodyworker, I have an intuitive approach to class development, integrating an advanced knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and structural alignment into each class. When designing classes, I apply the Hindu concept of Vidya, hoping to guide students towards achieving clarity and knowledge of the body, mind and self through the practice. Each class includes a mindful theme woven in with pranayama, asana and a peak pose."

"I started practicing yoga in 2004 back in Massachusetts. After facing many life changes and a family tragedy, yoga was the one thing that kept me moving on the right track and kept my hopes up. Since that time, I have explored many styles of yoga, my passion being traumatic yoga therapy.
I teach a gentle flow in the form of restorative and yoga therapy focusing my offerings on connecting the mind and body with the breath, adapting my lessons to meet the individual’s goals. I provide a class that is tailored to your needs whether it be to gain relief from chronic pain, facilitate injury recover, improve flexibility, reduce stress, improve well-being, ease depression or simply retain your youthfulness and energy. I provide a warm and safe environment for students and include pranayama, gentle flows, holding postures until the breath becomes steady, guided imagery and relaxation."

"I consider myself fortunate enough to call Sarah Hutchinson & Yogarupa Rod Stryker my teachers in this living Tantric Yoga tradition. I have taught everything from children’s yoga to yoga for seniors and yoga as therapy to power yoga. In recent years, I have felt a calling to teach yoga that helps slow down and focus a distracted, over-stimulated population yearning for rest and relief. I love weaving together a practice that has lasting, rippling effects on my students’ lives, taking yoga off the mat and into the world."

"I am a whole-hearted yoga teacher who thrives on learning and teaching. I design seemingly fluid and intelligent sequences that invite my students to find strength within, to soar past limiting beliefs and to discover the authentic self.
Upon entering my class, you’ll discover a sacred space. I invite you to “show up” as you are in all your perfect imperfections. I’ll plant seeds of self-reflection so you can bloom in your own time, encouraging you to explore the depths of your being and see if anything is unfelt. I strive to share the practice of yoga in ways that make a profound lasting difference in every student’s life."

"I stumbled (literally) into my first yoga class as a result of a knee injury from running. I kept coming back long after my knee had healed because of differences I felt elsewhere in my life off the mat: my posture, my breath, the way my mind had quieted.
My desire is to share the joy of this practice I discovered early on and to help others connect with a deeper part of themselves, discovering the power they have within and hopefully, cultivating a little inner peace along the way."

"My yoga journey stems from a love of movement, in all forms. Before beginning my path as a yogi, I pushed my body to extremes—as an Ironman triathlete, surfer, backcountry skier, and marketing-communications entrepreneur. Yoga gave me a deep and unexpected sense of balance. I believe in embracing the adventure of life, in constant exploration, in the pursuit of growth, and in overflowing gratitude for every. single. beautiful. moment.
My classes are designed to stimulate a balanced paradox — exploring the depth of the physical to nourish the inner journey of the mind and soul. I envision yoga, at its prime expression, to be a personal exploration—as unique and beautifully designed as each individual on the path… if only we can trust ourselves enough to inquire within… and slow down enough to hear our own innate wisdom."

"I am a multi-passionate yogini entrepreneur, executive coach, human conditioning expert and founder/publisher of YOGA + Life™ Magazines. I have been part of the yoga and wellness industry since teaching my first class in 1992. I began my career as a national fitness presenter and was the resident fitness expert for FOX’s morning show. I moved into my yoga studies shortly therafter, blending ancient yoga lineage with modern day sciences and have been practicing “Juli-Asana” ever since. I have a very light-hearted humor-based teaching style and enjoy reading the energy of the room."

"I've been dealt a handful of tragedy in my life. More than any one person should have to go through and yet I know that others have experienced an even darker story. Through this life travel, I sometimes had tools to help me through and sometimes I did not. Meditation. Yoga. Slowing down absolutely has changed my life. My relationships. The way I choose to interact with the world. It is my desire to share these tools with others, hoping that they not only use in on a yoga mat or in a studio but in life. Because how we show up every single day is what truly matters."

"I was introduced to yoga many years ago and it remains an anchor of balance, growth and radiance in my life. Traveling the globe as a competitive snowboarder, I integrated yoga into my life realizing its power to harmonize the body, mind and breath cultivating focus and connection. These skills have proven advantageous on the mat, on the mountain, in competition and in everyday life.
Examining yoga in a holistic way, I blend alignment, breath, creative sequencing and intention steeped in the traditions of Tantra Hatha Yoga to inspire courage, grace and freedom for students. As a teacher, I hope to hearten students creating a safe environment to find balance, space and freedom in their lives, reaching their full potential to shine bright."

"My focus is about aligning with the fire within through mindfully themed classes focusing on body, breath and spirit, working with Prana to support a vibrant life. With an undergraduate in Psychology and Art, I has been sharing her love for exploration since an early age. My adult career has been centered around rooting people in their bodies through various modalities from yoga and tai chi to backcountry skiing and mountain biking. These avenues are utilized throughout my teaching and personal work as platforms from which to spring forth into human exploration and growth. Founder and Former owner of Babes in the Backcountry, women’s outdoor adventures workshops, I bring a similar flavor to Meta to make yoga accessible to all. When not on the mat, a Hala Yoga SUP Ambassador, I can be found on my stand up paddle board or mountain bike exploring the mountains, rivers or soaking in the hot springs."

"I have been practicing yoga for the past 16 years in Colorado and abroad. After becoming a 200 RYT, my goal has been to have yoga accessible to all ages and abilities. I therefore offer a wide variety of postures in each practice. My primary focus is geared toward athletes and includes injury prevention techniques in many of my classes. The physical asana practice is very important; however, the pranayama breath work and meditation are key points in every class. My classes embody the true meaning of yoga by enveloping a mind – body connection. I have a passion for travel and often offer domestic and international retreats."

"Yoga showed up for me in 1999 and has evolved over the past 18 years from a very vigorous power flow fitness approach to a more deliberate slowed down meditative exploration of the shapes & breath. It has moved from a work-out to a work-in! Past students have referred to my classes as creeping up on you and before you know it, you’re in full sweat mode wondering where it came from.
I teach because I love to share the practice. Ultimately, it is the practice that is the teacher, I am merely a guide and educator. For me, yoga is not about getting better at the postures, it’s about becoming more comfortable in the body, breath and mind. My hope is that students will remain open to what the practice brings and that I can encourage and support their journey. If you’re just looking for a good work out, fasten your seat belt because we can do that too!"

"When I started teaching yoga in New York City back in 2002, it was all about doing and teaching yoga poses really well. Now, 15 years later, it’s about walking my own talk, Yoga living, surrounding myself by the beauty and space of God’s backyard here in the High Rocky Mountains of Breckenridge Colorado, and to reflect the beauty and space that is inside of us all. My intention as a yoga teacher is to inspire students to uphold the highest standards of Yoga and to integrate the teachings into every moment of their Yoga Living. Offer space to reflect upon the roots of the Yoga teachings, asana, mantra, mudra, pranayama, and meditation, so we can know the spaces between the breath, our thoughts and emotions, our connection to a Higher Power that dwells within us, as us."
