“My journey to yoga began as a professional snowboarder. Yoga not only improved my athletic prowess but brought clarity and presence to all parts of my life. It became an anchor of balance as I traveled to snowboard competitions around the world. My practice remains a beacon of light as I navigate the joys and challenges in everyday life, including a recent journey surviving breast cancer.
These experiences have heartened me to follow my dreams, live with purpose, revel in moments of everyday magic and teach yoga. My classes explore mindful movement, stability, breath, and intention to inspire students to connect with their highest potential both on and off the mat. I believe yoga is for everyone and work to make all of my classes accessible and inclusive.”
