AMY MANSKE (she/her)
“Inhale courage, exhale fear.
My yoga journey began during Covid. At that time, it was all about physicality, the pose/asana, as I could no longer go to the gym to workout. As my yoga journey evolved, my practice started to become a part of me, helping me to embrace the flow of life with more confidence, clarity and self - awareness. My gratitude continually deepens as well, which serves as a powerful channel for motivation and creativity, enabling me to push my limits and embrace new challenges on and off the mat allowing for spiritual, physical and emotional growth.
Yoga fulfills me.
I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to help lead others on their own yoga journey of healing and growing within, by providing an intentional and energetic practice incorporated with strength, balance, flow and breathing to attain a deeper connection with their mind, body and soul on the mat and beyond.
Each of my classes will have an intentional TAG (take and give) meaning, allowing you to take what you need from the practice, and then give what you can. To be able to give to others, you need to take for yourself first.
I look forward to meeting you on the mat.
Yoga is light, which once lit, will never dim. The better you practice, the brighter the flame.”

"I found yoga following a pelvic reconstruction surgery at the age of 22, a surgery that had a brutal recovery period and I had to relearn how to walk. I was born with hyper-mobility and a skeletal deformity, but was an elite gymnast. My body was great at moving, and simultaneously hated it. Following my surgery, I studied yoga to fix the entire system, not just one part. I also was introduced to the Wim Hof Method (cold plunging, breathwork, and philosophy). These practices activated parts of my hip muscles that had been turned off for years, realigned my sacrum and made walking so much easier, and each day I felt more in tune with my spirit. Yoga brought me back home to myself. I am told by doctors and PT that I have one of the most successful recoveries they've seen.
My teaching style is upbeat and alignment focused, and I always try to give a good mix of mindful movement, relaxation, and introspection. I like to teach classes open to all-levels, offering modifications and empowering students to do whatever is best for their body. I'm told I have a soothing voice, which I use to make jokes and offer soothing meditations. I approach each class with the intention of making students feel more in tune with their body, balanced, and at peace.”

“I found yoga at 18 years old after experiencing an unexpected loss. A friend suggested I try yoga, and that's the start of how I ended up here. While living in Vermont, I started practicing regularly and fell in love with the asana and mind-body connection. As my practice evolved, I wanted to heal others and provide space as other instructors did for me.
The most important part of my journey as a yoga teacher is that I am always a student. I've taken blocks of time off from teaching since 2020 and that is when I truly feel I have evolved and learned the most. This practice means something different to everyone, and I strive to consider that while creating unity within the classroom. I challenge my students to make the practice their own and move intuitively.”

"My yoga journey began at a young age, fumbling my way through VHS tapes (yes you heard that right... yoga on VHS) in my parent's basement trying not to laugh in postures I had never heard of before. I soon graduated out of the basement and into yoga studios, exploring what it felt like to breathe and move as a collective group. It wasn't until I found the power of a community to flow with, that my passion for yoga truly took off.
Through my journey, I have come to realize that yoga is not just a physical practice but also a means of connecting with oneself and all things around us on a deeper level. I have found that when we get lost in this moving meditation and quiet the noise of the outside world, it brings us into a state of complete presence and mindfulness where all other worries and to-do lists can fade away into the background.
As a teacher, I strive to create a safe, sacred space that invites all to connect with their own practice, inner selves, and therefore the community around them. I pride myself on my ability to cultivate a welcoming and grounding environment for anyone who walks through the door. My sequences are both intentional and creative, designed to provide a cohesive and fluid practice that allows students to explore and grow their practice in a supportive and nurturing environment.
So, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete newbie, I promise to meet you where you're at and work to guide you towards your full potential. Come flow with me!”

"I have a teacher who once said, 'Sit with the questions, answers will surface with time.' I come back to the mat time and time again to rest my mind and experience the healing nature of yoga.
Yoga is never just one thing, and I believe you aren't either. Yoga expands us; we expand in a way that becomes truer, deeper, and closer to our being. Yoga can also help us contract and create boundaries that self soothe. These dualities inspired me to teach and provide the space for yoga to be what you need on any given day.
My classes connect breath to movement and build a steady flow, while giving you a reflective and caring community to practice with — whether that be practicing breath work, connection to physical body, or awakening the subtle awareness that comes with time to simply just be."

“Yoga has been a steadfast friend and loving teacher during times of transition — both ones I’ve chosen and ones I haven’t. It has helped me slow down, taught me to breathe, and encouraged me to live more present — lessons I try to carry beyond the mat.
As my practice deepened, so did my curiosity. Yoga continues to inspire my desire to learn, constantly invites me to expand my awareness, and to show up with gratitude.
I was inspired to become a yoga teacher because of how my teachers made me feel: strong, supported, connected, and seen. My intention is to create a space where others can experience that same sense of belonging and personal strength. In my classes, I aim to weave mindful movement, breath, and intention to help students connect with their bodies and the natural rhythm within.
Outside of the studio, you’ll find me outdoors — hiking, camping, skiing, or simply soaking in the beauty of the mountains — or cozy at home with a candle and a good meal. I love spending time with friends and building connections within this beautiful Breckenridge community.
Yoga, for me, is about connection — to self, to nature, and to each other — and I’m grateful every day to share that journey with others.”

“I intend to make everything yoga, to find the ease in life. To honor the power of breath, the play and flow of movement, the expanse of stillness, and the magic of community. Sometimes I struggle and forget, I experience burnout and chaos, imbalance and unease. Then, I join in community to cultivate solidarity, to nourish our collective consciousness, and to remember.
Yoga is union, and I intend to give myself permission to be my most authentic self: I am love. I intend to hold space for our unique journeys, honor our bodily integrity, and embrace our divine vibrations.”

"Yoga presented itself to me in 2014, coming to me during a time in my life where I didn’t have a healthy relationship with myself. I had stumbled across an article on the physical benefits of yoga which convinced me, and I dove right in. After a while it became an obsession, but while I was feeling a physical change in my body (strength & flexibility), I was still finding that something was missing.
My true connection to yoga came when I opened the door to the philosophy, self study, & community. That’s when I started to achieve a deeper state of clarity and healing. The more I dove inward, the more the mindfulness came. My journey with yoga continues to grow and the moments when I feel stuck, I find a new door to open and learn.
I love to share intention of breath, connection to self, and rooting back into nature as they have helped me in my personal endeavors of life. I am so grateful to be able to teach and help humans navigate through this journey, all while still being a forever student.
Can’t wait to connect with you on the mat, and enjoy this path together."

"My yoga journey began in 2015 when I walked into a newly opened yoga studio to drop off a welcome basket on behalf of the local Chamber of Commerce. I was invited to come back for class in one hour and have been practicing ever since! Yoga transformed me, and the lessons I learned from the practice became metaphors for everyday life.
I love sharing my passion for yoga. Through the power of movement and breath, my classes offer a space for centering, allowing us to let go of the internal dialogue that occupies our minds and influences our well-being. “After two decades of yoga, I'm still awed by the many forms the practice can take to adapt to each unique season of my human experience. What started with asana at 14 years old eventually led me to the seven other limbs, and the chance to share the principles with others through teaching.
Yoga continuously aligns me with my own being-ness. Simultaneously, it broadens my perspective to recognize (again and again) the divine interconnectedness of all creation. With yoga, I'm offered the opportunity to live from a more spacious consciousness, shedding illusions of scarcity, smallness, isolation, or fear. Yoga gives me the capacity to hold and navigate through life's challenges from a posture of surrender... which ultimately heralds the peace I seek in these times.
Yoga empowers and it humbles. It educates and it reminds. The practice is more than a somatic or spiritual tool; it's an old friend who presents new wisdom each time we meet.”

My mission is to design unforgettable experiences that inspire, empower, and bring people together in divine timing.
I stopped teaching for a couple of years, thinking I had nothing left to offer, until I realized that yoga was my way back home to my true self. Here’s the thing I’ve learned: the practice is always there for you, and you should always come as you are. The wisdom is always within us—it’s just about creating space, being supported, and reconnecting. Together, we can find it.”

"I believe the deepest healing is found when we slow down and tend to the quiet spaces within. My journey through personal loss taught me that mindfulness and stillness are fundamental life tools—the same tools I weave into every class. I aim to equip others with these inner resources, offering practices of meditation, yoga, and slowing down while being rooted in compassion and real-world application.
Class with me is like crawling into a well-made bed, with plenty of empty space to gently marinate within your body, mind, and spirit. I specialize in creating an optimal environment for internal rest while holding a sacred, regulated container that intentionally promotes parasympathetic nervous system activation. This is achieved through a full sensory experience—including specific sequencing, thoughtful pacing, skillful hands-on assists, and the intentional use of light, music, and tone of voice. What awaits is an empathetic container where you can safely explore your inner landscape.
With advanced training in Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Functional Anatomy, I hold a steadfast ethic: to teach to the individual presently in front of me. I deeply commit to offering respectful, caring, and adaptive practices that honor the vast human variations in every class, ensuring accessibility and non-judgment. I empower you to make every posture appropriate for where you are today—you will be supported and seen. Join me to cultivate emotional resilience, reconnect to your inner self, and leave feeling distinctly more open, balanced, and rejuvenated."

“I am originally from Wales, UK and came to Summit County in 2009. Yoga quickly became an important complement to the fast paced, high adrenaline fueled lifestyle we live here and I am a firm believer that a regular practice will teach the mind and the body to deal with unanticipated trauma. I like to construct creative sequences and provide a safe space to move with intelligence and mindfulness. The fitness aspect of yoga is important to me but I've grown to appreciate the mental impact, slowing down the breath and pausing to meditate. When not in the studio I lead a busy life managing my own property management business and taking advantage of all the activities we have in our mountain playground.”

“My yoga journey began in 2012 when a friend invited me to a Bikram Yoga Class at Coachella Yoga Therapy & Wellness. As a desert native and former competitive cheerleader, the heat, poses and discipline felt natural, and I was instantly hooked.
Consistency is one of the most powerful forces in the universe, and this is precisely what you will experience when you participate in a 26 & 2 class. The 26 & 2 Hot Yoga series has greatly contributed to my recovery from various injuries, including fractured ankles, muscle tears, and a significant rope climb fall. Recently, it has also played a crucial role in aiding my mental and physical recovery from a life-threatening illness.
In the spring of 2022, I moved to Denver, Colorado, where my passion for yoga deepened, little did I know that this newfound passion would eventually lead me to the Meta Yoga community and YTT. I am excited to share the benefits of this practice with everyone.
I welcome students of all levels. In my 26+2 classes, you can expect a focus on the basics and the discipline of the practice. This is a consistent, prescribed series of poses where you can watch yourself build from beginner to advanced practitioner.
I rarely teach on my mat during class; instead, I focus on offering guidance to help you find a deeper physical and mental connection within each asana. If you are a visual learner or are managing a physical injury, please let me know ahead of time. This allows me to better support you throughout your visit.”
