This energy is infused into my athletic, thought-provoking, somewhat-spicy classes. I believe healthy people make happy communities and passionately offer a variety of classes, nutrition, massage and private coaching to alchemize that belief into reality. I am also a writer and a real estate entrepreneur. Outside of the studio I enjoy rock climbing, hiking, petting strangers' dogs and eating homemade chocolate chip cookies."
