Breckenridge & Frisco Yoga Classes

— Find Your Class Today

Ready to move?

Meta Yoga Studios runs classes every day of the year across both our Breckenridge and Frisco locations — designed to fit around your mountain lifestyle, not compete with it. Whether you're squeezing in a slow morning flow before the lifts open or winding down with a restorative session after a long day on the trail, we have something on the schedule for you.

Drop-ins are always welcome at both Meta Yoga locations. No gear required — we have mats and props on hand so you can walk in and flow.

First time? Our front desk team will point you toward the class that makes the most sense for where you are right now, not where you think you should be.

Class Schedule - Breckenridge

(Note that you may need to refresh this webpage to get the schedule to display. You can also download an app here to view.)

Our Breckenridge studio focuses on High Altitude Yoga and Mountain Recovery. Classes run throughout the week, with early-morning, midday, and evening options. Practicing at 9,600 feet means breath is always front and center — a built-in mindfulness tool that every class at this location leans into. Whether you're here to build strength, recover from the slopes, or carve out a quiet hour, you'll find your practice on this schedule.

Regular Breckenridge offerings include: Align + Flow, Better Back, Deep Hips, Gentle Flow, Power, Restorative, Slow Flow, Vinyasa, and Yin. Summer months add Yoga on the Lawn — our beloved outdoor classes that run mid-June through September.

Class Schedule - Frisco

Our Frisco studio brings the full class menu — plus heated yoga. Hot Yoga classes in Frisco are a Summit County staple, and if heat is your thing, this is your location. Hot Vinyasa and Heated classes make Frisco a year-round destination for serious practitioners and those who simply need a good sweat.

Regular Frisco offerings include:

Hot/Warm Yoga, 26+2 Traditional Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Power, Slow Flow, Slow Burn, Align + Flow, and Yin.

Frequently Asked Questions

    • Students 13 years old or younger must have an adult accompany them to class.

    • A Late-Cancel Fee will be applied to any individuals that un-register 60 minutes or less before class, or for those that simply no-show. Unlimited Pass members will be charged a $10 fee within two weeks. Single and Punch Pass members will have their visit applied to the class as if they had attended. If you struggle to remove yourself from the roster, call the studio at least 60 minutes before class and no fee will be charged (leave us a message if we cannot answer).

    • Remove your shoes upon entering the lobby and place them under the benches.

    • Silently wait to enter the practice space until the current class has finished.

    • Turn off or silence your cell phone and refrain from bringing them into the practice space.

    • Be mindful of your energy and attitude when arriving and throughout each practice as it can impact the experience of others. We have created a space that is supportive, nourishing, energizing and a haven from the stresses of daily life.

    • Keep volume of any conversations lower, as our studios have limited space between the lobbies and practice rooms, allowing sound to travel easily.

    • Keep conversations to a minimum inside the practice space as others take the time to settle into their experience in silence.

    • If you choose to veer away from any teacher’s offerings, please do so in a silent and respectful manner so as not to disrupt or distract others. If the teacher feels you are pulling attention towards yourself, they may ask you to adjust in some way.

  • Every journey starts with the initial step towards your desires. At Meta, we support the traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga perspective of come as you are. Bring all sides of yourself, and together we will uncover your pathway. No need to be flexible or wear fancy yoga clothing. We welcome you just as you are every time and are excited for you to join us in experiencing our Meta Kula. Below are some suggestions you may find helpful to prepare for your first visit.

      • find your flow state- dive into Align + Flow, Gentle Flow, Power Vinyasa, Slow Flow, or Vinyasa

      • lovers of a challenge - you’ll find it at Hot 26+2, Power Vinyasa, or Slow Burn

    • We suggest leaving behind strong perfumes or colognes, phones, and loud conversations that may disturb fellow students.

    • Read through Meta’s Student Expectations and Studio Etiquette above before your first visit.

    • Arrive 10-15 minutes before class. You will have time to check-in with the front desk, meet your teacher, and become acquainted with the studio space. This is the perfect time to approach your teacher to introduce yourself and share any injuries that may hinder you, and address any other questions or concerns you have.
