ROBYN GOLDSTEIN (she/her)
"I discovered yoga in 2009 while still in high school when an injury took me away from my usual activities. I fell in love with the peaceful flow and movement that took me on new journeys in my mind and body. I especially love the grounding and flowing opportunities that yoga provides. As a wilderness and horticultural therapist and student, I greatly value the human nature connection and the importance that mindfulness can play for both ourselves and our Earth. I am passionate about fostering the healing of our environment along with our physical and emotional bodies by utilizing the breath, meditation, connection, and movement. I feel lucky to be surrounded by wise teachers who help me grow and learn in my life and yoga practice. When I'm not doing yoga I enjoy long distance bike touring, growing food, running, and slacklining. Come join me in flow!"

"I foster an awareness of yoga as a lifestyle, rather than merely a physical practice. My classes are strong yet balanced to challenge and embolden students. I encourage the practice of yogic principles on and off the mat, approaching the practice of yoga as an opportunity to heal the mind, body, spirit connection. Every breath is an opportunity for reformation and acceptance, and I lead students to tap into the simplicity of this transformational power."

SAMANTHA (STUBER) JOHNSON (she/her)
"I first discovered yoga in college and have been a dedicated student ever since. I came to yoga for the physical strength & flexibility I experienced, and stayed for the inward exploration & growth I found. I completed my RYT-200 in 2018 through Meta Yoga Schools right here in Breckenridge, Colorado, and have been teaching locally ever since. I completed my master's in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University in 2022 & work in the community as a therapist in private practice.
In my classes, I strive to create an open space for my community of students to dig deeper into Self and utilize yoga to improve mind, body, & spirit connections. I approach teaching from a trauma-informed lens, and encourage my students to attune to their needs throughout.
I enjoy sequencing poses that help balance and compliment the energetic nature of the lifestyle here in Colorado. I specialize in curating strong, intuitive, and empowering classes that are infused with intention, contemplative practice, breath work, and meaning. My goal is to inspire students to be their best self, both on and off the mat."

“Posture was why I began going to yoga. I had horrible posture and was often told that...by strangers. I decided yoga would be my gateway to standing tall and proud with no more comments from the peanut gallery. It has lead me further than I expected and become more ingrained in my daily life than I knew was possible. Yoga has taught me to slow down, to be introspective and to listen to myself as well as others more genuinely. I’ve been blessed with kind and knowledgeable teachers with varying styles from power to Yoga Nidra, and although I didn’t always appreciate the slower modes of yoga I enjoy and learn from every breath and asana.
I’d always wanted to teach yoga, but could never find the time to complete the 200-hour training, that is until the restaurant I worked at closed and I was left with some time until I began a new job. Lucky for me there was a YTT session starting in Nederland at Shoshoni Ashram shortly after my new-found freedom! I am excited to be at Meta, which I have called my home studio since its inception.
I love my community and seeing it thrive by living healthfully and joyfully. I hope to bring a fun and energetic practice to my fellows with flows combining breathwork, strength and mobility. I enjoy seeing students having a great time, learning and doing things they didn’t know they could – an excited empowerment you can see.”

TAYLOR BROWN (she/her)
“I found yoga in college, during a time when I was searching for community after years of playing sports. Stepping onto the mat gave me a new way to connect, with others and with myself. A couple of years later, I took my first hot class and was immediately hooked. I loved the intensity, the sweat, and the incredible strength I began to feel in my body. While the physical challenge first drew me in, it was the mental and emotional clarity that kept me coming back. Driven by a passion for people and a desire to deepen my practice, I completed my teacher training. I knew teaching was going to be a huge part of my life.
In every class I teach, I bring energy, genuine encouragement, and a motivating presence. My goal is to create a space where students feel empowered, supported, and challenged. I teach with intention and simplicity, offering clear guidance while staying responsive to the room. I want every student to leave class feeling confident, strong, and a little more connected to their bodies, their breath, and their minds. It's an honor to be part of that journey.”

"I started practicing yoga regularly after suffering reoccurring hip and ankle injuries playing college soccer. After I started doing yoga three times a week my injuries disappeared. I also was blessed with other benefits; more peace, less anxiety, more energy, a relaxed mind-body, and more joy.
My teaching style is playful, inclusive, easy to follow, nurturing, gently challenging, and always ends with a lovely scalp massage. My goal is to help you feel more love and compassion for yourself and the world."
